A successful project requires streamlined communication with "one" primary point of contact to track, manage, follow-up and execute!
With, or without a General Contractor, we manage your project so you and your employees aren't overwhelmed with the responsibility of managing and tracking requests from the Design Teams, Architects, Furniture Vendors, Security Services and Low Voltage cabling vendors.
OPH will manage as much, or as little as you need for your project. You can bring us in early to manage the design phases, bid process, and to assist with Value Engineering, or, wait until construction for a construction "kick-off" meeting. We emphasize that the best value for our services occur when we are brought in early for VE and bidding, as our experience and resources generally pay for the cost of our services.
Contracts are based on your needs and can be quoted hourly, not to exceed, meeting management only, or the full project scope. No project is the same!
* If you are not a local business, OPH has relationships with trusted and reliable contractors, architects, designers and move companies to bid your project. We are available to manage out of state projects, or be the "boots on the ground" for your local project. If you just need a trusted resource, please reach out and we will happily provide referrals!
Do you have a construction project that has a move component? OPH can help! If you have a move, without construction, OPH can help with that, too!
If you are purchasing new furniture, your furniture vendor will assist with the basics of moving, donating, or tossing your current furniture, work stations, and accessories. If you are not purchasing new furniture, you will need a vendor to bid your relocation. OPH can help facilitate the bid process. We work as your primary contact to manage and communicate the move and clean-up stages (in conjunction with your vendor) to your leadership, employees and the Landlord or Property Manager.
Moving into a new space requires more than moving the furniture, you will also need a furniture layout, along with details for electrical and data placement. OPH can help manage all these pieces and assist you with finding vendors to bid.
Pre-Move Clean up - we work with you and your move/furniture vendor to walk through the "clean up campaign" process of your move. Shredding, discarding and moving of office files, personal items and office supplies will require planning around 30-60 days prior to moving.
