Kristie has over 25 years of corporate business experience. Starting in Accounting, followed by IT Implementations, Merger & Acquisitions, then Construction Development. She managed the building of Long-term care hospitals, In-Patient Rehab Facilities and Skilled Nursing centers across the US,

Kristie added to her skills in commercial real estate construction management 7 years ago. Applying her corporate healthcare expertise to Industrial, Office, Retail, and Banking projects. She built a reputation of accountability, reliability and consistency across all industries.

After the Pandemic, Kristie received requests for construction management. As "word of mouth" continued for 2 years, she decided to launch "One Pink Hat!" A woman owned and operated business that proudly stands out in the construction industry.

Kristie has traveled the US managing projects, gaining extensive experience in project nuisances, code compliance, and the need to advocate for her clients. Building strong relationships and gaining trust with the contractors and stakeholders is essential to her projects staying on time and managing budgets.
