This scope included all new finishes, new furniture, added huddle rooms, demo of offices for open work areas, elevator refurb, new kitchen and break room, added conference spaces and open collaborative seating areas.
$ Value to project - HQ being out of town, OPH provided local vendors for competitive bids and travel cost savings resulting in significant project savings.
