  • Procurement & Bidding
    We assist with the bid process, engaging qualified contractors and reputable vendors to obtain competitive proposals while ensuring scopes are clearly defined and comparable.


  • Construction Management
    During construction, we serve as the central point of coordination between contractors, designers, and stakeholders. We manage schedules, budgets, risks, and project communication while addressing challenges before they impact progress.


  • Project Closeout
    As construction nears completion, we guide the final inspections, close out documentation, and punch list process for a smooth project turnover and operational readiness.
